I purchased a Seaward apollo 600 PAT Tester from a 3rd party with the discovery that there was a fault where polarity tests keep throwing up an "open circuit" or "O/C" error.

Got in touch with AML Instruments to have this fixed along with a full 12 month calibration. Fully and rapidly turned around to working order.

Massive shout out to Employee Henry for keeping me up to date with the process.

Great service from AML. We use AML for calibration, servicing and repairs of our testing equipment.

We recently had a piece of equipment completely fail to turn on. Given that it's a fairly niche piece of equipment, AML did a great job of getting out to site, taking away the faulty equipment and bringing it back in perfect working order. Their quick turn around meant that our lab testing schedule was barely impacted.

We have an obscure Chinese hydraulically operated shock test machine at my place of work, Hawk-Woods in Ashford. The service engineer worked really hard to fix it having travelled 400 miles twice to inspect, dismantle, take part of it away and renew some seals. It was reassembled last week and whilst it still has other problems,it is at least useable once more.

I thoroughly recommend the service provided.

Abigail who is the Coordinator is efficient and friendly as indeed is Richard. He repaired it even though he has been unwell in recent weeks and he worked really hard solving problems and providing work around solutions at several stages.

If you have an unusual and obscure piece of equipment in need of repair you could do far worse than to contact AML.
